The monoblock design facilitates excellent circulation performance, yet requires little space. The motor can be replaced without having to completely disassemble the pump or without having to dismantle the mechanical seal. The maintenance-free bellow-type mechanical seal is highly resistant to wear and tear and not reliant on the direction of rotation. The seal is also lubricated by the medium via a circulation line, which makes it highly durable. The pump shaft of stainless steel 1.4571 is protected by a shaft protection sleeve also made of stainless steel 1.4571. This prevents wear and tear of the pump shaft.

Design

• Normal priming, single-stage volute casing pumps with performance
• classification and main dimensions in compliance with NF E 11-112 and DIN EN 733 (replacement for DIN 24255).
• The pump and replaceable norm motor are flanged together to form a monoblock unit. The volute casing has replaceable corrosion-resistant wear rings. The closed impellers are individually balanced to suit the respective operating conditions.
• They are adjusted to meet the requirements of quality grade 6.3 in compliance with DIN ISO 1940. This ensures smooth and quiet operation and long operating life of the entire pump assembly.
